Overview
Rosetta Stone Foundations English is aligned to the West Virginia English Language Proficiency Standards for English Learners, providing students with everything they need to succeed in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Standard 1: By the end of each English language proficiency level, an EL is able to construct meaning from oral presentations and literary and informational text through grade-appropriate listening, reading, and viewing.
