Overview
Rosetta Stone Foundations English is aligned to the Connecticut English Language Proficiency Standards, providing students with everything they need to succeed in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Standard 1: By the end of each English language proficiency level, an EL can construct meaning from oral presentations and literary and informational text through grade-appropriate listening, reading, and viewing.
