The AI Features are powered in whole or in part, by third-party artificial intelligence service providers ("AI Providers") which are subject to their own terms and conditions. AI Providers act as our third-party service providers for the purpose of processing AI requests. When you use an AI Feature, the prompts, instructions, documents, and other content you submit ("AI Inputs") are transmitted to AI Providers for the purpose of generating the requested response or output on our behalf.

We and our AI Providers use your inputs, and outputs to provide and improve the AI Features available to you. Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of collection, your inputs are not used to train or improve general-purpose AI models, except where required by law or where you have separately and explicitly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit through the AI Features complies with applicable laws, your organization's policies, and any contractual confidentiality obligations.

AI-generated outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

We use cookies and other tracking devices to help personalize your use of our Services. A cookie is a small piece of information which is sent to your computer’s hard drive by the web server so that the Service can remember who you are. This information may include information relating to your use of our Services, information about your computer such as the computer’s IP address and browser type, demographic data and, if you arrived at our site via a link from a third party site, the URL of the linking page. If you submit a request to exercise your privacy rights under this Privacy Policy (including requests described in the "Your Privacy Rights" section) and we decline to take action on your request, depending on applicable law, you may have the right to appeal our decision. Subject to applicable law, you may also have the right to submit a data protection complaint.

Rosetta Stone keeps your personal information until your account is deleted to ensure the Service continues to function properly. In some cases, certain information may be stored for a longer period if it is required to deliver the Service, protect Rosetta Stone’s or others’ legitimate interests, meet legal obligations, handle disputes, address misuse or service disruptions, or fulfill contractual commitments.
