AMAZING
I go to a boarding school in Virginia and I had never learned Spanish before. I knew basic things like the numbers, colors, and alphabet, but that was it. During my freshman year, I took Spanish 1 and had a miserable time with it. I absolutely hated the class. During the summer, my parents got me Rosetta Stone Spanish (Spain) Level 1. We heard the TV commercials about it and wanted to see if it worked. After summer was over, I had learned more Spanish from this program than I had learned during the school year. Now that I'm in my Sophomore year, Spanish is sooooo easy to me now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Translation
I really like the RosettaStone Level One. However, it is a little difficult sometimes to translate what the Spanish word is to English just by the viewing of a picture. I had to buy a Spanish-English dictionary to help me understand the correct vocabulary. I think it would be a little easier if there was a dictionary that came with it or if there was a glossary where you could look up vocabulary that you are a little unclear about.

Pick any language, Rosetta Stone is still easy
And so will higher and sophisticated levels! I've been enjoying learning Spanish, originated in Spain and is purest Spanish (Castilian) of all. I was already in the middle of lesson 4, when my mother needed this to sell it off to earn some extra money. Well, so she did. And I wished I'd not given it to her. Until next year, I'm hoping to buy a Rosetta Stone Español (Spain) package, which contain all the available levels there is. Nevertheless, This is an expedient software, which has infinite technology, and is for all ages, even exceed 70! If you are reviewing this, pick any language; Rosetta Stone is still easy to use!

Spanish (Spain) Level 1
I found the Rosetta Stone program to be extremely helpful not only with my Spanish class but my overall understanding of the language it self. I have learned more with Rosetta Stone than in my Spanish class. Since I started using Rosetta Stone I found my Spanish work to not be as fustrating as it used to be. My teacher has also commented saying that my Spanish skills have increased immensely since I have started the program.
I also now am able to converse with my grandparents who were born knowing Spanish. They to have been impressed as to how quickly I have started picking up Spanish. I even find it amusing when my grandparents converse with some of their friends in Spanish because I listen to them and try to understand what they are talking about.
Each day I learn a little more with the Rosetta Stone which refines each new concept with repitition, reviews, and most importantly interactiveness with individual. I remember when I first started the program I couldn't wait to get home so I could get on the program. The program is so interactive it's almost as if your playing a video game but you are learning at the same time. Furthermore the new audio companion is great, its nice to use on long trips because it helps to "solidify" the things you learned on the computer into your head.
I believe the Rosetta Stone Program is a probably one of the best language learning software around today. Its provides learning with game like activties that books, and vidoes can't provide. Rosetta Stone is a wonderful program and I would recommend it to anyone who seriously wants to learn a new language.

Best Language Course!
I got this system two months before my independent trip to Spain. I was amazed at how much I understood and was able to speak back rather slowly but it worked! Thank you - the repetition of words etc works wonders!

Worth The Money Purchase
This program is wonderful I have been trying diferent methods to teach my kids Spanish and this is the only one is been working and I know they will be Speaking Spanish once they finish all the levels.Thank You Rossetta Stone for helping me to finally find the way for my kids to learn Spanish.

Better Than Expected
The Rosetta Stone Spanish Level 1 has been extremely easy to follow along and very enjoyable to learn. I am really pleased with the way the lessons flow with listening to reading to writing to pronouncing the words or phrases. The pictures with the lessons have been very helpful too. They have definetely helped me learn. I can't believe how easy it has been to go from one lesson to the other. I am so happy I finally decided to purchase this and will eventually continue my spanish experience with the Rosetta Stone. Thank you, it's been better than I expected.

Last Chance
I have tried to learn languages before taking an assortment of French, German, and Spanish trying to find one that clicked with me, but after about 4 years of struggling I was about to give up. Then I got Rosetta Stone as a kind of last chance to learn a new language, and so far it has been excellent. Lessons are short and to the point. The voice software really helps you with pronouncing the words and you can even break down words into smaller parts and it continues to help you in the places that seem to be harder for your individual progression. Over all its simple but to the point. Finally it looks like theres hope for me to learn a new language. Adiós!

Great purchase!
I was going to take spanish at the local college but decided to buy Rosetta Stone instead. It was about the same cost, I can work on it as much and whenever I want. I love it because it's interactive and it's kind of how you learned your language when you were a baby. I'm remembering everything!!

Rosetta Stone
I love this product! I learn differently now. I need visual clues and a learning approach to absorbing a new language. Memorization does not work for me, never has - I am over 45 now and my brain doesn't work the same way as it did in high school. I'm even dreaming in Spanish now and I am only on Chapter 2. I tell everyone about Rosetta Stone!

Awesome Product!
I purchased Spanish Level 1 for my 10-year old daughter. She wanted to learn Spanish and asked for Rosetta Stone for her birthday. We absolutely love Rosetta Stone. My daughter has learned so much, so quickly! And I've learned quite a bit just by listening to her as she studies. She even wrote a note for her bulletin board..."Rosetta Stone changed my life!" You gotta love kids!

Excellence of Rosetta Stone
After studying foreign languages at Harvard University, and various other methods I whole heartedly praise the "Rosetta Stone" method. I have found that the techniques, lesson plans, and voice recognition program take the student from absolute no knowledge to a working command of the chosen langague. Words can not express the easy, and flexibility afforded by the "Rosetta Stone" software!

Spanish (Spain)
I really enjoy doing the Rosetta Stone. It's fun and educational. I think it's so effective because you are immersed in the language. There's no English instructions - just pictures and the foreign language. My only critiques would be that I find the reading part boring, but it is absolutely necessary to learn. In addition, I find my microphone to be unreliable and feel that at random times it doesn't pick up my voice and sometimes I have no trouble at all.

I love learning Spanish
Rosetta Stone has really helped me and my family learn Spanish. We all enjoy learning at our own individual pace. My two children, ages 15 and 12, learned very quickly. I didn't contribute as much time at first, but once I decided to dedicate myself, I learned very quickly. My oldest son wasn't doing well in Spanish at school, but once he started Rosetta Stone he brought his Spanish grade up from a D to a B in just 3 weeks. Needless to say, we were both ecstatic. I would and have recommend Rosetta Stone to my friends. Rosetta Stone is the fastest and easiest way to learn Spanish.

Poor Product
In general I found this product to be a poor learning tool. Wjhile parts of it are good, the basic instruction is at best confusing and poorly thought out for a home learning tool for people with no understanding of the Spanish language. The instructions for the computer module are very inadequate and confusing to say the least. In short, I have gone to another program to learn basic Spanish - one for dummies.

I absolutely love Rosetta Stone. I have learned so much in just a few short months. After the first day, I was able to recall words/phrases. I walked around the house pointing to items and recalling my previous lesson. I would definitely recommend Rosetta Stone to anyone interested in refreshing their knowledge or learning a new language!

Rosetta Stone allows any individual, regardless of their age group to learn the basics of communication in a foreign language.
In a limited time my family and I were able to learn enough to communicate with the locals while we were on vacation. We were amazed at how much and how fast our learned knowledge increased.

Amazing product
I have been able to learn spanish very quickly and this product has made it much easier for me to be able to out perform my classmates. This has also helped me with my work in getting me a pay raise because of how good I am with the new language. I will be buying more products along with attempting more languages because the first one came so easy to learn

At first request from my grandson for your Spanish
product, I was apprehensive........ will it be used.
What a great idea, it is fun to use and the boy is
picking up the language very easily. Now I get

Using Rosetta Stone is like opening a door onto the world! It's so fun and easy to use. It makes acquiring a new language possible, where before it was simply daunting. The audio aspect is priceless; pronounciation is a tricky thing to learn but Rosetta Stone makes it a snap. I absolutely love the system and can't wait to get my next language (I'm thinking about Russian).

Exceeding Expectations
Hi,
My name is "SpainBound". I am moving to Spain in a few months and desparately needed to learn Spanish (or at least get a good foundation) prior to moving. Rosetta Stone is fun and very effective. It is well worth the investment. I believe my return on investment will be well over 100% once I move. I'm confident that Rosetta Stone is the best language learning tool on the market. Fun and Challenging!
My daughter bought this for me, I thought at 51 it would be impossible to learn a new language. Quite the contrary! It is so much fun, I look forward to spending between 30 to 120 minutes a day learning Spanish. Once I master Spanish I'll be purchasing Italian!

Nothing Else Compares!!!
This is truly an amazing product!! I have learned so much, I can now speak the language I have been trying for years to learn!! I took Spanish in school (several times), tried having friends teach me, and tried using other audio books with CDs and all. I was really hoping that Rosetta Stone would stick true to what it said about guaranteeing that I would learn, and I have!! I have for so long tried to learn another language and now thanks to Rosetta Stone I have. Thank you very much Rosetta Stone!
