Dutch Level 1 & 2
Wonderful gateway to my NEW language
I am very impressed with the Rosetta Stone's software for learning Dutch. My best friend was from the Netherlands and I was her major care giver here in southern California, She passed away two years ago at the age of 83. She was from the Netherlands and the stories she told me. Wow!
She was teaching me Dutch. I remember the very first lessons from her...she was starting by teaching me how to count to ten in Dutch.
I have progressed way beyond that and with Rosetta Stone's method of teaching, I will possess enough Dutch for it to be very useful when I actually visit her birthplace in the Netherlands. I am going to visit that country in the summer of 2013 and I know Rosetta Stone will make my visit truly memorable.

It's actually fun!
I am a total skeptic..... It took me 4 months to decide to buy the Rosetta Stone language course and try to learn Dutch. It's not really a language that is used much outside the Netherlands, but I have a close friend that is Dutch and I wanted to surprise him. I can't believe how much fun it has been and how much I have learned in a few months! Sometimes I have been very busy and have been away from the lessons for a while, but the software knows this and lets you go back and review a few key points before it lets you move on. I really like that about the program. Tot ziens!

Exactly for me
Rosetta Stone has proven itself to be exactly for me. I am a visually oriented person with a photographic memory and nearly perfect audio memory. Because Rosetta Stone uses pictures and only Dutch words, I am remembering everything, even in my sleep! I purchased Rosetta Stone because my new husband and his whole family are Dutch and we now travel to the Netherlands every year. I want to be able to speak fluently. I believe I will, soon, because of Rosetta Stone.

Dutch Level 1 & 2
This program is really good. I wasn't sure how I would do with a program that doesn't give the english words to associate with the dutch words, but I am finding it to be quite easy to figure it out on my own.
I recommend this to anyone looking to learn a new language.
Worth the investment, since you will have the program on your computer as long as you need it, and if you have a laptop, you can take the program with you everywhere you go, like I do.
