I am ADDICTED!!! i love learning the rosetta stone way, it is repetitive, interactive and informative and i am learning a lot. it's fair to say that this program is a great way for me to learn the dutch language so that i can keep up with my family; my 6 yo not only fully understands the language but also can speak it fluently, so i have my work cut out for me and know that i am getting there with the Rosetta Stone program. It was a smart investment and I have become addicted to coming home, after work, and rolling up my sleeves to start and learn all about another new lesson. April 11, 2011

Learning Pleasure I am very please and pleasantly surprised with the multifaceted learning approach to language. In the various lessons in the Rosetta stone program it builds your vocabulary, pronunciation, recognition reading and writing skills. I find this enhances my experience for learning the language. It works!!! I am writing notes, engaging in simple conversations, and listening to Dutch Classical Radio. I find that I am actually able to express simple ideas in Dutch and am able to understand some of what I hear. And this after only six weeks of Level One. Positive re-inforcement to keep at it every day. I have loaded the audio re-inforcement in my IPOD which is a super method to keep working while away from the computer. I hope to have a good start when I go to live there in the fall. April 23, 2010

Excellent Product I have been extremely happy with the Rosetta Stone Dutch Level 1. I was surprised at how well it works. My husband is Dutch and when he would watch me using the program, he was impressed with the way the program teaches how to conjugate verbs just by pictures alone. I found that I am not learning by translation as with most foreign language classes. I am actually thinking in Dutch to learn the language. My impression is that I am learning the language the way I learned my native language of English when I was a child. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn a foreign language. Learning a language became enjoyable Often in the past I have tried to learn a language, but I have never been able to devote the energy or the enthusiasm needed to achieve proficiency. I often felt overwhelmed with tricky rules of grammar. With RosettaStone, learning is fun, almost like a game, and I look forward to the time I spend learning Dutch every day. So much fun This is the first time I have attempted to learn a second language. I am having so much fun doing it. Some days it is difficult, some days it is easy. It is a challange and thought provoking. I have been doing a little bit each morning, about 15 minutes a day. I surprise myself when I look at things and automaticlly think of the Dutch word for what I am looking at. It is a good system! April 7, 2010
