If you're looking for some additional practice, Audio Companion is certainly a great place to start. Included with our Version 4 CD-ROM, it goes hand-in-hand with your Rosetta Course lessons. These specially designed sessions will allow you to improve your pronunciation, vocabulary, phrases, speaking and conversation no matter where you are. Enclosed with every Version 4 CD-ROM product is a free three-month trial of TOTALe online services for one learner. You have within 6 months of purchase to activate your online rights, or they are subject to forfeiture.

The trial starts when you sign up and activate your online rights. Following the three-month trial, if you want to continue the use of mobile apps, live conversations, community games, and the like, then there are plenty of renewal options, some for a small monthly fee.
 

If you purchased your product from a Rosetta Stone authorized retailer, then all returns and exchanges are governed by the retailer's policy and terms.

If you purchased the product direct from Rosetta Stone, then simply put, you have six months from the date of purchase for Version 4 CD-ROM and Version 4 Download products. For TOTALe Online purchasers, that time limit is 7 days.
