Looking to break up payments? What is the 5-Pay Easy Payment Plan?

The 5-Pay Easy Payment Plan is convenient way to finance your Rosetta Stone purchase. This service is a courtesy to our customers, as the plan as is available at a 0% APR with no interest charges.

The first payment of 20% of the total price is charged when the order is placed (plus tax). Four additional payments of 20% will be charged at 30 day intervals.

5-pay is available for TOTALe Online and select Version 4 CD-ROM and Version 4 Download sets for customers with a billing address in the United States. For more details, see our complete Purchase Terms.

How do I renew my TOTALe Online subscription?

Whether your TOTALe Online subscription came from a trial or a full subscription, there are many options available for you to extend. Renewal options are available in the "My Account" section when you login.

Are there payment plans for Homeschool products?

Homeschool products are also eligible for the 5-Pay Easy Payment Plan. Read more for details about the different options available.

What is the six-month, no-risk, money-back guarantee?

If you purchase our Version 4 CD-ROM or Version 4 Download via www.rosettastone.com, telephone or a Rosetta Stone kiosk, you are entitled to a no-risk money back guarantee for returns of the product within six months (i.e., 180 Days). For full details, click here.

What is the return policy?

First off, it depends where you purchased your Rosetta Stone product. If you purchased from a Rosetta Stone authorized retailer, any returns are to follow the retailer's policies and terms.

If you purchased directly from Rosetta Stone, then it depends on what product you have.

If you purchased the Version 4 CD-ROM, Version 4 Download, or Homeschool edition product then you have six months (180 days to be precise) to return your purchase.

If you purchased a TOTALe Online language, the return or exchange has to take place within 7 days of the purchase.
