What does TOTALe Companion include?

TOTALe Companion for iPhone, iPod Touch, and Android devices extends your Rosetta Course experience to anywhere you use your mobile device. These activities are designed to supplement the lessons and activities in Rosetta Course, giving you opportunities to practice anywhere you have your device handy. TOTALe Companion activities can be downloaded anytime, allowing you to learn even if you are away from an internet connection.

For learners with active rights to TOTALe online features, this free download is available in the Apple iTunes App Store and Google Play.

What's included with the Rosetta Course HD app?

Rosetta Course for iPad and select Android devices allows you to take the very same lessons found on your computer. Progress automatically syncs, so you can switch between your computer and the app with ease. While Rosetta Course HD offers you everything you need to learn solely on your tablet, there are some features missing from the full computer version, namely the lack of writing activities or Milestones.

This free download is available for TOTALe subscribers in the Apple iTunes App Store, the Nook^® Store, and the Kindle Store.

Can I take Studio sessionson my iPad? What is TOTALe Studio HD?

TOTALe Studio HD is a dedicated app for you to practice in live Rosetta Studio^® sessions.

After the sessions are scheduled in advance on your computer, you're free to take the Studio session from the convenience of your iPad. In addition, a headset is needed during the sessions to ensure the best audio connection between you and your coach.

The iPad app is compatible with iPad 2 and later models.

Does progress in my lessons sync between the apps?

Whether you’re in Rosetta Course via a web browser or one of our mobile apps, you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off.

When you’re not in Rosetta Course, TOTALe Companion allows you to download specific content you want to practice.

Do I need an internet connection?

Rosetta Course and TOTALe Studio HD both require you to maintain a constant internet connection while using the app.

TOTALe Companion, on the other hand, allows you to download you lessons in advance so you can practice anywhere you are.

What languages support mobile apps?

While most of our apps support all TOTALe Online languages, there are a few exceptions*. Please refer to the table below to see if there are unsupported languages for your platform of choice.
