Michaela Oliver, Sr. Vice President, Human Resources

Michaela Oliver is the senior vice president of Human Resources for Rosetta Stone.

Prior to her current role, Michaela served as the senior vice president of human resources at AOL, where she led talent management, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, workforce analytics, payroll and operations, and HR technologies for approximately 7,500 employees worldwide. Previously, Michaela held varying roles in human resources for ExxonMobil, including an assignment in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Michaela holds a Bachelors of Arts in psychology from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. She speaks English fluently and is conversational in Russian and French.
