Eric Eichmann

As chief operating officer of Rosetta Stone Inc., Eric Eichmann is responsible for sales and marketing, international expansion, business development, IT, websites, call centers and operations.

Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, Eric was senior vice president of advertising operations, systems and promotions for America Online (AOL) based in Dulles, Va., where he led the turnaround of AOL’s advertising business. Previously he was a strategic management consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Venezuela, Chicago, Paris and Washington, D.C. Before that he worked for Panalpina Inc., a leading freight forwarder, driving IT system development in Switzerland and managing Latin America’s MIS operations in Miami.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Eric has a master of computer science degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland and a master of management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
