Brian Helman

As chief financial officer for Rosetta Stone Inc., Brian Helman directs all financial functions of the corporation.

Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, Brian was chief financial officer for NEON Systems, a publicly held provider of mainframe integration software, from 2002 through 2006. At NEON, Brian helped lead a corporate turnaround prior to its sale in 2006. Before NEON, Brian served in various financial management positions for NetSpeak Corporation, a voiceover IP software provider, from 1996 through 2001, most recently as the vice president of finance and business planning. At NetSpeak, Brian helped lead the company’s initial public offering on NASDAQ and oversaw the company’s financial activities. Brian began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the business advisory services practice.

Brian holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
