Tuition reimbursement plan
We know how important it is to continue developing your knowledge, skills, and activities. After 12 months of continuous full-time employment at Rosetta Stone, you will be eligible for our educational assistance plan to help you further your studies.
Rosetta Stone Ltd 401(k) savings plan
Our 401(k) plan is administered by Mass Mutual. When you contribute to your 401(k), we match your savings dollar-for-dollar up to 4 percent of your salary with no vesting schedule.
Two superior healthcare plans to choose from
Through Anthem, KeyCare 10 and KeyCare 25 medical plans are offered for Rosetta Stone employees, each providing vision and prescription coverage. You also have the option of enrolling in our Dental plan through Guardian dental.
Competitive plans for holidays and personal days off
Full time employees will be paid eight (8) hours for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, as well as two floating holidays. Your paid time off will accrue on a monthly basis, depending on the level of your position.
