Every Rosetta Stone CD-ROM is backed by an unconditional six-month guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the progress you're making, we'll return your money, no questions asked.
To initiate a return or exchange, please call Customer Care at 1.800.280.8172 between 9 A.M. and 8 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (Monday thru Friday), to receive a Return Authorization Number. We are unable to process your request without it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products at kiosk locations or returns of products not purchased directly from Rosetta Stone.
