I understand and agree that Rosetta Stone may use all or portions of my Submissions with or without attribution to me. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product. I waive any right to any compensation arising from or related to my Submissions.I release Rosetta Stone from any and all claims and causes of action that may arise regarding the use of my Submissions, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy or infringement or misappropriation of moral rights, rights of publicity, life rights or copyright. I understand and agree that Rosetta Stone is not obligated to use any Submission that I provide.I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority, that I have the right to contract in my own name, and that I have all necessary authority to grant the rights herein. I have read the above release prior to accepting, and fully understand the contents hereof. This release will be binding on me and my heirs, and legal representatives.
